To apply for your trade account, then you should send an email to auto@deborahturner.co.uk stating the name and nature of your business, your business addresses and contact information, your VAT number if you are VAT registered, and proofs of your trade status.

If your account application is successful then we will create your new account using the email address used to send us the original request and assign to you a temporary password so that you can log in. You should change the password supplied as soon as possible using your account admin to something unique and memorable to you.

We need to verify that you really are a trade or retail customer before we can create your new account. You should email your proofs of trade status as attachments when applying for your account.

What we need to see: 

• An official company invoice or utilities bill which confirms your name, the company name and your VAT number if applicable.
• A copy of your business card or company letterhead.
• Internet dealers - a link to your website.

If you are just setting up in business then you can send us a copy of a letter from your bank or accountant, or any other proof of future trading.
